Success for Apprentices

The first young people taken on by Exasoft Group are nearing the completion of their apprenticeships  and have been offered and accepted full time employment positions within the company. 

Mo and Luke were taken on as Apprenticeship Developers by Coventry based Exasoft Group. The group incorporates financial, educational, and digital divisions providing rectification software to the UK’s banks and building societies, fundraising, call management software utilised by national and International Universities and educational establishments and web / app development providing digital solutions for a wide range of clients including ScaleCal, Coventry City of Culture, Jewson and Game.  

Working across the group the apprenticeship scheme has allowed the budding developers to obtain the essential skills, experience and on the job training to kick start their careers and gain real experience working with a diverse range of commercial businesses.           

Mo, said:

“The experience I have picked up throughout my apprenticeship has been invaluable in kickstarting my career with the Exasoft Group. As a key member of the development team, I have been supporting with core development and it’s been an amazing experience. The team has been very helpful and understanding of my needs and have provided a lot of value in terms of support and helping me gain experience. I really couldn't ask for a better team of professionals and colleagues who have pushed me to do my best. I've learnt so much, and I will continue to do my best in my role in the company”.   

Luke added:

 “Being an apprentice at Exasoft Group has given me the confidence to persist and persevere in my work. It's been amazing for my learning and development, utilising new hard and soft skills to work with the team and deliver key projects to clients working with systems that I had no prior experience in, learning on the job, and keeping to strict deadlines. Exasoft is one of the best companies I have ever worked for! They have been incredibly supportive and have gone the extra mile to ensure that I am able to complete my apprenticeship and work to the highest quality. I am delighted to have been offered a full-time position with the organisation and I look forward to developing my career with the group”.
